How long to get Activated after an order is placed ?
Usually, we send out order details in less than 24 hours. Sometimes its instant if one of our support agents is online working on processing orders.
Can I Use One Subscription on Multiple Devices ?
One Subscription will work on one device only. Every subscription is activated on a unique Mac Address, which cannot be used in two places.
My Order does not work and I need help. Where can I ask support questions?

Do you Offer Refunds ?
All Sales are Final. Once an order is placed it cannot be refunded. Every order we activate requires a credit at our end which cannot be transferred to another user.
Which set-top box do I need to watch your IPTV ?
Currently, our Iptv Service only can be watched on all MAG Devices, Dreamlink Boxes, AVOV Boxes, Buzz Tv Box, Kodi, Smart Stb, SIPTV, or an STB emulator app for Android devices. Fire Tv & Fire Sticks are supported as well.
